Robin Slater

Robin Slater joined Compass Financial Partners in September 2023 as Director, Institutional Retirement Plan Consulting. Robin has over 15 years of experience in the financial service industry. During his career, he has partnered with many types of institutional client from corporations to non-profit organizations and has supported institutional services including employee education, defined contribution retirement plans, trust services and investment management.

Robin is a native of Buffalo, NY and graduated from Buffalo State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies. He serves on the Board of Directors for Medical Home Plus and holds his Series 6, 63 and 65 and Life and Annuities licenses. Robin lives in Richmond, VA with his husband Johnathon, and their two dogs.
