Kelly Participates In Leadership Boot Camp For Investment Stewards
Greensboro - November 2014. Kathleen Kelly has recently completed an intensive leadership development program at West Point, New York. TheLeadership Boot Camp for Investment Stewards, which is conducted by 3ethos and The Thayer Leader Development Group, is only offered to elite professionals in the financial services industry. The curriculum is based on the recently released book, LeaderMetrics®: What Key Decision-makers Need to Know When Serving in a Critical Leadership Role. The instructors included the authors of LeaderMetrics® and retired senior-ranking officers from the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army.
As a graduate of the program, Ms. Kelly is now entitled to carry the 3ethos challenge coin, which bears the inscription: Be the inspiration for moral, ethical and prudent decision-making.
